Vico Equense is in the center of the Sorrento Coast, well connected by public transportation and just 20 minutes away from Pompeii and Herculaneum, Sorrento and Positano. Its coast is full of beaches with clear sea, all equipped with the most modern bathing facilities.

The town has two harbors: the Vico Equense Port, mainly used by fishing and tourist boats and the Seiano Port, larger and used by ferries. During the summer, you can take the ‘Metrò del Mare’ ferry to Naples, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi and Positano. Both harbors are easy to reach by bus from the historical center.

Vico Equense offers also nice restaurants and cafes, among which there are some the most prestigious in the entire Sorrento Peninsula. If you like hilly and mountainous tourism, it is the town for you as it is dominated by Mount Faito.
